If a company employs physically handicapped persons, the following criteria must be complied with:

1. step-less access to at least one building exit;
2. step-less access to at least one toilet and one washbasin;
3. step-less access to a shower, if necessary;
4. if escalators are available, at least one of these must have stepless access
