Handicapped Employees

If a company employs disabled persons, close attention must be paid to their physical and mental condition. Other aspects must also be taken into account: alarm Systems (acoustic / optical signals), evacuation plans and the design of workplaces must be tailored to the needs of those with disabilities. In individual cases, the Labour Inspectorate may prohibit, by official decree, the employment of persons with special needs for certain types of work or impose certain conditions on their employment.
