A distinction has to be made between the obligations set forth in the Construction Work Co-ordination Act (Bauarbeiten-Koordinatsgesetz, BauKG) and the duty to document risk assessment at work. The Safety and Health Plan (Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzplan, SiGePlan) is drawn up for construction sites by planning co-ordinators and implemented by construction site co-ordinators. The main elements of the Safety and Health Plan serve the co-ordination of work to be done by different crafts, collective protective measures and construction site installations.
