Recreation rooms have to be made available if

• more than twelve employees work for a company;
• employees work outdoors for more than two hours a day;
• for reasons of safety or health (i.e. exposure to dust, noise, foul odours), workers cannot stay at their workstations during breaks;
• suitable standby rooms have to be provided for employees who regularly and to a large extent work on call.
