- Is the scope of delivery complete, including all necessary protective devices (see Annex One, 1.1.2 e of the Machinery Safety Regulation of 2010)?
- Whenever possible, have separating protective devices (guards) been provided instead of non-separating devices?
- Are operating instructions available in German in accordance with Annex One, 1.7.4 of the Machinery Safety Regulation of 2010?
- Do the operating instructions as stipulated by Annex Two 1.7.2 of the Machinery Safety Regulation of 2010 list all residual risks that could not have been eliminated by means of technological protective measures?
- Is marking affixed to the machine in accordance with Annex One, 1.7.1 of the Machinery Safety Regulation of 2010?
- Has the declaration of conformity been provided in German for the machine in accordance with Annex One, 1.7.1 of the Machinery Safety Regulation of 2010?
- Have the principles of risk avoidance which are (also) defined in Annex One, 1.1.2 of the Machinery Safety Regulation of 2010 clearly been complied with?
