In repeated cases of violations the fines are between euro 290 and euro 14,335. The Labour Protection Act specifies the very concrete obligations of employers, which if not met, lead to fines. In the event of non-compliance with these obligations, administrative fines may also be imposed on employees after they have been warned in writing.
